Valenx Institute provides career strategy and transition support services for technology professionals. These services include assessment, strategic planning, and execution support.

Our services do not constitute employment placement, recruiting, or guaranteed job placement. While we work toward defined outcomes, specific results cannot be guaranteed as they depend on multiple external factors.

Engagement Terms

All engagement terms, including fees, timelines, and success criteria, are documented in a written engagement letter provided before any commitment is required.

Clients may decline to proceed at any point before signing the engagement letter. The initial assessment is provided at no cost.

Fee Structure

Initial assessment is complimentary. Engaged clients pay an engagement fee upon commencement and may pay success-based fees tied to achievement of defined outcomes.

Success fees are contingent upon achievement of specifically documented outcomes within agreed timeframes. All fee terms are disclosed in the engagement letter.

Confidentiality

All information provided during intake and engagement is treated as confidential. We do not share personal information, career details, or case specifics with third parties without explicit written consent.

Client information is not used for marketing, testimonials, or promotional purposes without explicit written permission.

Professional Standards

Valenx Institute maintains high professional standards in all client interactions. We provide candid, objective assessments and recommendations based on our professional judgment.

Our services do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or licensed professional advice. Clients should consult appropriate professionals for matters requiring licensed expertise.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valenx Institute's liability is limited to fees actually paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration as specified in the engagement letter. Governing law and venue are specified in engagement terms.
